Read orders and products from your WooCommerce shop in a workflow
The WooCommerce step reads orders and products from a connected WooCommerce shop, so a workflow can act on every sale without anyone re-typing it. List the orders placed in a date range, filtered by status or product category, or list your products. The connection is read-only: it never changes an order or a product. Requires a connected WooCommerce integration.
List the orders placed (or changed) in a date range. Each order comes back as one flat row with the buyer’s billing details, the total, any coupon codes, the products bought, and your shop’s custom checkout fields.
Set Orders After to where the list should start, for example {{date_add(today("2006-01-02"), -30)}} for the last 30 days; it is required, so a run never reads your whole order history. Orders Before is optional and defaults to the moment the step runs. By default you get processing and completed orders; pick other statuses, or one or more product categories, to narrow the list. Match On switches from the date an order was placed to the date it last changed, which also picks up refunds. The output is a list of orders, oldest first, that you can loop over with a For Each or export straight to a CSV. It stops at the Maximum Orders you set (500 unless you change it) and marks the output as truncated when more orders matched.
List the products in your shop with their price, SKU, and categories.
By default it lists your published products; choose another status, or one or more categories, to narrow it. Each product carries its ID, name, SKU, type, price, and the IDs and names of its categories.
