Start a workflow when a Calendly meeting is booked or canceled
The Calendly Booking trigger starts a new run whenever an invitee books or cancels a meeting on your connected Calendly account. It is a starting step: place it at the top of the workflow, and the booking details flow into the steps that follow. Requires a connected Calendly account.
Start a run when a Calendly meeting is booked or canceled. The booking details become the trigger output: the invitee name and email, the event name, start and end times, the cancel and reschedule links, the booking status, and any answers the invitee gave to your booking questions.
Turn the trigger on in the step settings and choose which events to react to: booked, canceled, or both. Formt creates the Calendly webhook for you, so there is no link to copy. When a matching booking happens, the run starts and later steps can read the booking with references like the invitee email or the event start time.
