Step Guide: AcquireUp

Business Systems

Pull your AcquireUp seminars and registrants into a workflow

Overview

The AcquireUp step reads your seminars and the people who registered for them from a connected AcquireUp account, so a workflow can act on them automatically. List your seminars, then pull the registrants for any one of them. Requires a connected AcquireUp integration.

List Seminars

Pull your AcquireUp seminars as a list. By default it returns every seminar; you can narrow to upcoming or past, a date range, or a name search.

  • Get every upcoming seminar so the workflow can process each one
  • Pull your recent seminars to report on registration numbers
  • Find a past seminar to follow up with the people who attended

Leave the filters empty to return all your seminars, or set a status, date range, or name search to narrow the list. The output is a list of seminars with the topic, dates, number of sessions, and registration counts. Pair it with a For Each loop, then a Get Campaign step to pull the registrants for each one.

Tips
  • This step runs on its own with no earlier step feeding it, so it is a natural starting point for a seminar follow-up workflow.

Get Campaign

Pull one seminar in full: its detail and sessions, plus the people who registered. You give it a seminar, and it returns the seminar record with every registrant, their contact details, and RSVP status.

  • Add every registrant to your CRM as a new contact
  • Send a confirmation or reminder email to each person who signed up
  • Build a check-in sheet from the confirmed registrants

Give it a seminar to read, usually one from a List Seminars step inside a For Each loop. You can filter the registrants by confirmation or attendance status, or return everyone. The output is a single seminar record with its sessions and a registrants list, where each registrant carries their name, email, phone, address, status, and the session they signed up for. Loop over the registrants to add each person to your CRM or email them.

Tips
  • Each registrant is tagged with the session date and venue they picked, so if a seminar runs on more than one night you can filter the registrants by date. Filter to Confirmed when you only want the people who still plan to attend.
